Writing Workshops & Live Events

Writing can be a solitary endeavor. That’s why our founder started The Novelry. After writing solo for twenty years, Booker Prize-listed author Louise Dean felt she needed to work with other writers, and she decided to build an active community of novelists with dedicated writing classes and a critique circle of trust.

When you sign up for one of our writing courses, youll have immediate access to our membership program and be warmly welcomed. We offer small working groups for every stage of the writing journey so you’ll soon feel right at home.

We pride ourselves on a safe and supportive space where serious writing is fun. You’ll make new friends to support you on your writing journey.

Progress your writing with our lively writing workshops. Meet famous authors and publishing industry professionals in Q&A sessions and hear from the literary agents youd love to work with. At The Novelry, you can enjoy some 40 group online writing workshops every month, available recorded too so you can catch up with them in your own time.
