US rights were sold to Grand Central, Hachette, in a significant six-figure two-book pre-empt while German rights have gone to Droemer Knaur in a four-way auction. Publishing director Sarah Hodgson at Corvus acquired UK and Commonwealth rights as part of a two-book deal.
